We can deliver to any address in the UK, Europe and Rest of the World.

We offer several delivery options & delivery speeds, and these are all displayed on the product pages as you browse our website.  The options presented vary and are based on your delivery address and the options you select during checkout. All of our parcel deliveries are fully tracked, with tracking numbers being provided to you for each order when it is dispatched.

UK DELIVERIES

All orders placed after 3.30pm UK time (UTC + 1) will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.  Our working days are Monday to Friday.

Due to covid-19, customs and border forces are currently taking extra measures to ensure that all parcels that enter countries are safe to process. Due to this, there may be some delays with deliveries at this time and we advise that our advised delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in one to two working days.

If you place your order and it is processed before 3pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. 

Please note that although we can send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied.

Unfortunately, we can not cover any import taxes or taxes that may be applied to your delivery during shipment. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and the costs must be paid for by you. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

All our postal services offered are reflected at the current postage rates and any promotions we may offer from time to time. These can change at any point without prior notification.


Return Process

You will find a returns form within your delivered package. This provides instructions on how to return item(s) to us.  Please state your name, delivery address and order confirmation number (this would have been advised in your order confirmation email).

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. Please note that we do not allow customers to return their orders/parcels to our returns address themselves in person. We will not accept any parcels that aren't delivered by a courier and parcels must be sent back to us through a courier service. We advise that you send your garment/s back to us using a tracked/signed for service and that you keep hold of your receipt that will be provided from the courier. You will need this information to track your return and your receipt must be kept if the parcel is lost in transit. We can not process refunds/exchanges for any parcels that are lost in transit if you've sent your garment/s back to us as this is beyond our control.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 5-7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange accordingly.
