    All of our parcel deliveries are fully tracked, with tracking numbers being provided to you for each order when it is dispatched. 

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (delivery within 2-3 working days) - FREE DELIVERY.
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 service (delivery within 1-2 working days) - £3.99.  Next working day delivery applies to any UK delivery address orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

    All orders placed after 1pm UK time (UTC + 1) will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.  Our working days are Monday to Friday.


      • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (average delivery time 3-5 working days) on orders up to £99.99 - £7.99.
      • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (average delivery time 3-5 working days) on orders over £100 - Free Delivery.

      Orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

      All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether your goods are in stock at the time of the order, your goods will usually be with you in one to two working days.

      If you place your order and it is processed before 1pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. 

      Please note that although we can send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance we cannot refund carriage charges levied.

      If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

      All our postal services offered are reflected at the current postage rates and any promotions we may offer from time to time. These can change at any point without prior notification.


      We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

      • All refundable refunds must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase.
      • All exchangeable returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase.

      To return an item please contact us.  Please state your name, delivery address and order confirmation number (this would have been advised in your order confirmation email).

      Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s.


      After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) weeks from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange accordingly.


      The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

      • Products which are not in a resalable condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.
      • Products which do not have original labels and tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.

      Please Note

      • We offer 14 days for refunds and 30 days for exchanges.
      • All exchanges must be for the same value. If an exchange is wanted for a more expensive item, the difference will be paid by the buyer.
      • If the item for the exchange is at a lower cost, no monetary value will be given.
      • The return shipment for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer. Exceptions include faulty products, these will be paid for by us the retailer.
